The CLOUDIO is an IoT device which provides technicians with complete diagnostics for Claypaky fixtures. When the lights run checks after use, the unit collects data on hours of lamp life of each fixture, the conditions of various components in the units and update firmware, simply by connecting to the cloud.
The CLOUDIO is a compact device, equipped with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen. It has two in/out pass-through DMX connections, so it is possible to interface and communicate directly with up to 31 lights in series. This is particularly useful for rental companies, who can connect their lights to the CLOUDIO when they return from a tour. The CLOUDIO is equipped with a retrofit system, which allows it to be fitted to most of Claypaky lights.

The CloudIO has the following useful features for rental companies:

- Automatic Overview and FW Update: Firmware updates are available through CloudIO, and they can be run automatically with one click, without moving from one single fixture to the other.
- Live Remote Assistance: the customer care operator can see all the information and setup data of the fixture that needs service support remotely in real time
- Cloud Data and Predictive/Preventive Maintenance: all data are stored in the cloud so they are always available. A detailed status is available for each single fixture, and interventions can be planned before troubles occur. Maintenance becomes predictive through statistics and data analysis managed by Claypaky.

- A user-friendly, colored user interface gives you new power, increasing the speed of the operations and reducing the maintenance process cost. The interface will give you an immediate feeling on the status of the fixtures connected, allowing the user to be focus only on the needed operations.

- Enhanced flexibility
All data flow easily through an internet connection, in wi-fi mode and even creating a hot spot with a smartphone. All the system can be easily customized and adapted to any business need.
- Easy commissioning
Each CloudIO box can be easily paired with the user account just inserting the user credentials on the device. Every user can have as many CloudIO box as he wants and them can be arranged based on the warehouse or installation needs.

- Next level assistance
CloudIO provides an interactive manual with description of the events and a «first aid» for trouble fixing. You receive simple, graphical visual directions to fix the problems, and the Claypaky Customer Care can access all the diagnostic information and provide real-time trouble shooting.
You can monitor all the internal events recorded in the fixtures and save them for your internal records
